Wow I read your article and it was very helpful ... I have been under attack for over a month ... I used the snap traps and found a huge rat in my garage ... found 2 dead outside .. 2 babies died. Thank you for the many options but we did not have the time to exclude the rats.

Your website is awesome and a truly great resource. I’m buying a home in Coconut Grove down in Miami and while checking in on the house this past Friday, my wife and I noticed a really foul odor. You appear to be a genuine expert, I just wanted a second opinion on whether this all checks out or if I should be concerned about a possible infestation.

I just read through your excellent web site. Thank you for putting this together. It was very helpful! The infestation is not too severe, yet. Tomorrow, to celebrate Thanksgiving, I plan to purchase 12 large traps, search for the trails using my black light, and then trap the current batch of critters. I hate to trap, however, without closing the door to new rats first (per your instructions).
